Kat is a caretaker at her core. She first started working at 8 years old, tending to a flock of sheep. She then held multiple customer service positions before working as a caretaker for people with severe disabilities, as well as helping with grants for a non-profit serving parents of children with disabilities.

Kat brings that desire to serve with her each day. She finds joy in hearing people’s stories and learning how she can help them overcome their struggles and reach their goals. She is a self-described “expert listener” who is curious to learn more about the people she encounters.

Kat lives in Orem, Utah, with her husband, Thad, and their husky-malamute mix, Mishka. Outside work, Kat enjoys bird watching, sharing corny jokes, finding new crafts like pinstriping and taking one of her three Jeeps off-roading.
