Carrol has a knack for improving operations and streamlining systems, providing the highest levels of customer service. Wanting to learn more about the financial services industry after graduating from Utah Valley University with a Bachelor of Science in business management, she jumped at the opportunity to join Retirement Solutions. She loves being part of a cohesive team and thrives in an environment with an open-door policy. Helping people is what brings her the most satisfaction.

Carrol was born into a large family in Southern Utah. She and her husband, Gunner, have a son, Oliver. They’ve recently moved to Orem, Utah, where Carrol loves snowboarding, reading and simply enjoying quality time with her family.
