Every year, we partner with our clients to sponsor a Giving Tree and provide Christmas cheer to the special needs adults living at the Medallion Manor.
Every year, we partner with our clients to sponsor a Giving Tree and provide Christmas cheer to the special needs adults living at the Medallion Manor.
What started out several years ago as a mission to help one house with about 45 Medallion residents has grown to an initiative that now supports four houses and over 90 people. “It’s turned into quite a big thing, and it’s been a lot of fun to be a part of,” said Scott Wharton, president of Retirement Solutions.
Our goal now is to provide a Christmas gift to each person living at all four Medallion Manor residences. Because of your help, we have been able to hit this goal! THANK YOU!
How It Works
We have ornaments on our tree with the name of a person and what they are requesting. Most of the gifts are simple things like coloring books, crayons, soda pop, candy, socks, new sweatpants or gloves.
Clients can either call in and ask for a name and gift, come by the office and take an ornament or send in money to buy the gifts.
